To deliver a better service to our customers, alongside Royal mail we are now shipping with DPD. Our same day dispatch time Mon-Fri is 9pm (via Royal Mail), and we now offer weekend dispatch via DPD (before 12pm) and Royal Mail (3pm).

We have a legal obligation to ensure all customers purchasing from Vape Superstore are of legal age; 18 years or over. When placing your first order with Vape Superstore, we utilise the services of 1Account to verify your age. These checks are actioned once your order has been successfully completed at the order confirmation page. If we are unable to verify your age we will be unable to dispatch your items until you have verified via 1Account. We cannot be held liable for any delays to your order this may cause.
