Bought a vape 4 months and it stopped charging. I contacted the vapestore who replied within a few minutes and organised a collection the next day for free and to get it tested. I forgot to add the returns label and contacted them which they said just email them and theyd make sure it would attach itself to the returned kit which they did. After a few days recieved an email saying yes it's faul...
